Vision ...is a seeing word.  SODC sees something exciting and is going for it.  Our vision is clear and challenging.  Best of all, it could involve you.  Do you know what our vision is?  Are you ready to catch it and run alongside those who see it too?

Values ...is a reason word.  At SODC, we are who we are and we do what we do because of shared values.  Certain things are most important, and they give us a reason to exist, to plan, to grow together.  Are you driven by a purpose?  Does it look like ours?

If you’re a newcomer to SODC, this gathering is designed especially for you!  We want you to have an opportunity to ask lots of questions about what makes SODC “tick.”  That way, you’ll be able to make an informed decision about your future involvement. Hope you can come!
